Incorrect Tax Information After Applying Vertex Update (Doc ID 2680351.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Applied January 2020 Vertex data update but tax information is showing old value 12298, instead of new value 13229

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Applied January 2020 Vertex data file
  2. Responsibility: CA HRMS Manager
  3. Navigation : People > Enter & Maintain > Assignment > Choose Tax Information
  4. Shows old value of 12298 instead of new value 13229
