Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Withholding Tax calculation is incorrect for Credit Memos when using subtract option in withholding taxes code.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Withholding Tax calculation should be correct for all types of Credit Memos.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Argentina Payables Superuser responsibility.
2. Go to Invoices > Entry > Invoices
3. Create a Credit Memo with below scenario:

For example,

Credit Invoice Total Amount = -5000
Subtract Amount = 1200
Tax Rate = 31.5%

The correct amount should be:
Taxable Amount: 5000 - 1200 = 3800
Tax Amount: 3800 * 31.5% = 1197

But the calculated amount (incorrect) is:
Taxable Amount: - 5000 - 1200 = 6200
Tax Amount: 6200 * 31.5% = 1953
