R12 Project Reversed Expenditures Revenue Distribution Corruption in XLA_DISTRIBUTION_LINKS (Doc ID 2680363.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Revenue

A specific revenue based on an expenditure Id "PRC: Transfer Journal Entries to General Ledger"  is  not being exported to General Ledger.

One of the reversed Expenditure Items is revenue distributed and the  the distributed line is linked to one already accounted revenue  because of which the distribution lines were never picked up   during revenue accounting process.
Revenue distribution lines for adjusted expenditure items are  associated with already accounted draft revenues during    revenue generation process because of which those distribution   lines can never be accounted to GL.
