ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When loading the data into EBS from Fusion, there is no payroll name in Assignment form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When loading the data into EBS from Fusion, there should be payroll name in Assignment form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the employee in Fusion
2. Extract the data as XML file
3. Import and load it to EBS
4. Confirm no payroll name in Assignment form although there are other fields populated such as job, position and so on.
