Having a Performance Issue While Terminating a Service Contract (Doc ID 2680947.1)

Symptoms

It is taking several minutes while Terminating Service Contracts when 'Full Credit' is selected.

Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts responsibility, navigate: Contract Administration > Launchpad.
2. Query for a contract and do a right mouse click.
3. Choose Terminate from the pop up menu.
4. When terminating with Full Credit, find that the Termination takes several minutes.
