Symptoms
While using decimal based line numbering, the line number gets rounded during line cancel.
For example, for a PO having line numbers in decimal like (1.0148) , while trying to cancel this line, on the cancellation page the line number changes to (1.015)
Similar issue is reported for schedules.
STEPS:
1. Create a PO having line number like 1.0148 and approve it.
2. From Buyer Work Center, select to cancel the PO line
3. On cancellation screen notice that line number appears as (1.015)
