Symptoms

On : 12.1 version, Purchasing Processes

When attempting to run PDOI: Import Price Catalogs,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: Unable to derive item_id related to specified buyer item_number or vendor_product_num.            PO_PDOI_DERV_PART_NUM_ERROR                 PO_LINES_INTERFACE
Error: PO_HEADER_ID There should be at least one line per document.                                                PO_PDOI_INVALID_NUM_OF_LINES                  PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE

The issue started after upgrading database to 19.c.


Steps to reproduce:

1. Load Data into Interface tables.

2. Responsibility: Purchasing

3. Run Import Price Catalogs.

Changes

 Upgraded database to 19c.
