Edit Document Number Window Is Too Small For Awards and IDVs (Doc ID 2681367.1)

Symptoms

The document header details window that is displayed when clicking the “Edit Document Number” link is too small to see the search buttons forcing the user to scroll over.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to CLM Purchasing Responsibility
2. Awards / IDVs
3. Header
4. Edit Document number
5. New window pulls up and forces user to scroll to see the full document number.
