Symptoms

When trying to perform sync in MFS MP[Mobile Field Service Multiplatform], getting the below mentioned error:

Username or Password Is Invalid

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Mobile Field Service Multiplatform application
2. Try to perform sync, get the above mentioned error.
