User Management Cache Problem (Doc ID 2681872.1)

Symptoms

The Securing Attributes from the User Management page shows the previous user records while checking two users in a row.

Steps to replicate it are as follows :

-User Management page and searched a user.
-open Securing Attributes tab for one user.
-close the page with Cancel button.
-search a different user on the same page, first user's securing attributes
came.

The issue is temporarily solved when the User Management page is restarted or the Cache is cleared using the
Functional Administrator responsibility.


But it  reapers as soon as 2 users are verified .
