ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Custom IB Instance Status not showing up in Status LOV in Transaction Subtypes form

The status field LOV in the Transaction Subtypes form does not seem to show custom IB Instance statuses.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Installed Base Admin > Setups > Instance Statuses
2. Create a custom Instance Status: ‘Return for Trade In’
3. Oracle Installed Base Admin > Setups > Transaction Subtypes
4. The status does not have ‘Return for Trade In’
