FSG: Access Control On Reports And Report Sets Not Working In Oracle Report Manager (Doc ID 2682719.1)

Symptoms

FSG: Access control on Reports and report sets not working in Oracle Report Manager

Users are definnig access controls in GL a assign in to reports and reports set.
When trying to launch the reports and reports sets with regular GL responsibilities, everything is fine.
When launching reports through Oracle Report manager responsibility, Access control has no effect


Expected behavior would be NOT to be able to view or launch Report set not assigned, but it is still available and can be launched.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Set 1 is assigned to Report Set 1, with use privileges only. All reports in Report set 1 are assigned to Access set 1 with use privilèges.
Access set 1 is assigne to GL superuser responsibility.
Logging on with Oracle Report Manager responsibility (user does not have GL Superuser resp).
