EGOIJAVA: Updating Structure Using Change Order Via WEB ADI Fails On Rules Execution Eventhough No Item Business Rules Are Defined (Doc ID 2683005.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Change Management

EGOIJAVA completes in warning when trying to update a structure from WEBADI with ECO. 
It works when updating BOM directly from Excel without using Change Order.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PIM data Librarian > Item Simple Search > Search for item > Configuration > Click next level components > Download to Excel
2. Update component quantity
3. Click on Oracle > Upload > Create ECO > Provide ECO Number, Desc > Submit > See request launched > Completes in warning

MSII , BOM Inventory comps Interface tables show records in Process_Flag = 1
No records in mtl_interface_Errors
