Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Batch is created in Self Service and approved but not found in the Batch Header form.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login with Manager Self Service
  2.  Go to Self-Service Element Entries page
  3.  Define a batch
  4.  Create batch lines
  5.  Click Validate
  6.  Go back to the "Batch by Element" page and click "Next
  7.  Batch is submitted for approval
  8.  Manager approves the batch
  9.  Login with HRMS Manager responsibility
  10.  Go to the Batch Header form but the batch is not created
     (N) Mass Information eXchange: MIX > Batch Element Entry > search for the batch
