Voluntary Termination Page on Launch Doesn't Display The Effective Date Page (Doc ID 2683080.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observed that, When "Voluntary Retirement / Resignation" function is launched, Termination Page is launched directly without showing the "Effective Date" page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------

Expect that, When "Voluntary Retirement / Resignation" function is launched, "Effective Date" page should be launched followed by the Termination Page.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "Employee Self Service" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to function "Voluntary Retirement / Resignation".

3. On launch of the page, below information message is displayed on the page top and a switch of Responsibility to "XXX Manager Self Service" happens.

4. Now click on "Action" against the logged in Employee record.

5. Now this launches the Termination Page directly, while the expectation is to display the Effective Date Page, to select a Termination date.
