Symptoms

When upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2, the following errors are encountered:

pabuintg.ldt:

Error loading seed data for BNE_CONTENT_COLS: INTEGRATOR_ASN = PA, INTEGRATOR_CODE = FINPLAN_FORECAST_NON_PERIODIC, CONTENT_ASN = PA, CONTENT_CODE = PA_FP_NP_FORECAST_CNT, SEQUENCE_NUM = 75, ORA-00001: unique constraint (BNE.BNE_CONTENT_COLS_B_UK2) violated

pabneint.ldt:

Error loading seed data for BNE_CONTENT_COLS: INTEGRATOR_ASN = PA, INTEGRATOR_CODE = FINPLAN_FORECAST_NON_PERIODIC, CONTENT_ASN = PA, CONTENT_CODE = PA_FP_NP_FORECAST_CNT, SEQUENCE_NUM = 75, ORA-00001: unique constraint (BNE.BNE_CONTENT_COLS_B_UK2) violated
