Update To Component Attribute Value Not Saved In The Product Workbench (Doc ID 2683693.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 in Production:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
In the Product Workbench (PWB), the application does not save the value when updating a component attribute.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Expect the component attribute value to be saved successfully when updating with a valid value.

STEPS
--------
1. Query assembly item and click on the Configuration tab
2. Select the structure type, and click the Go button to Launch Product Workbench
3. In the Product Workbench, choose the display format with attribute to be updated
4. Choose a valid value, for the attribute, from the list of values
5. Click the Save button
