Error "InventoryItemId Is Null" In Suggested Solution Page When Creating SR In iSupport (Doc ID 2683921.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Service Request

When attempting to create Service Request,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unexpected error: inventoryItemId is null!


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply the below patch

30180848:R12.IBU.C
30760886:R12.CSK.C
29899572:R12.FND.C
29697144:R12.JTT.C

2. Login to iSupport
3. Click on Create Service Request
4. Enter problem code, SR summary etc
5. Click on Next
