The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

2. Create new Appraisal Plan based on Organization Hierarchy and publish the same.

3. Login as Appriasee open up the Appraisal and with out making any changes and retaining only the auto allocated competencies, share the Appraisal to Main Appraiser.

4. Login as Main Appraiser, Open up the Appraisal to update the same.

5. Enter the Supervisor Weight-age against the competency and save it.

6. Now there is a change in main appraiser and it is being carried out by the Current Main Appraiser himself or by the Plan Administrator.

7. Once the New Main Appraiser is assigned to the plan, he opens up the Appraisal and Updates the Proficiency Rating against the Competencies.

8. The line score of each competency is calculated based on the formula - Rating * Weighting / 100 and the Total Competency Score is Sum of these Individual Line scores.
