Planned Effort LOV only shows Base Time Unit (Hour) (Doc ID 268439.1)

You created a Service Request (SR) and then created a task under the Tasks tab. 
When you try to specify the Planned Effort in the LOV, you only get (Hour) for a choice.
(R) Customer Support ->Service Requests ->Create Service Request.


You have set up the Time Unit of Measure Class:

Navigation: (Inventory => Setup => Units of Measure => Classes).

Current Time base unit is Hour.

You defined the conversion for DAY, HOUR, MINUTES and MONTH.

Then you set the following profile options:

Service: Day Unit of Measure DAY
Service: Hour Unit of Measure Hr
Service: Minute Unit of Measure Min
Service: Month Unit of Measure MTH
Service: Time Unit of Measure Class Time
