How to Personalize Serial Number LOV on Service Contracts Authoring form to Select Products from Other Customers (Doc ID 2684513.1)

 On standard authoring form, only products owned by contract customer/related customer can only be added from the LOVs (Name, Instance, Serial number or External References LOVs). Products from other customers can be added to contract only through Product Selection form (the form which opens when you click on ... icon next to Name).
