Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Once work order is created, amount only requisition is created manually in the Purchasing responsibility.
Then the work order is manually assigned to the requisition. Users query the work order in the Maintenance Super User and find that the UOM is NULL under the Material region.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The UOM should display correctly once amount only requisition is linked to the work order manually.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create work order manually.
2. Create amount only requisition manually in the Purchasing responsibility.
3. Work order is manually assigned to the requisition.
4. Users query the work order in the Maintenance Super User and find that the UOM is NULL under the Material region.
