Quote Line Description Column does not Expand the Model Lines Correctly (Doc ID 2684737.1)

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to expand the width of the product description column in HTML Quoting
   Quote lines with a top model line do not expand the description field.  
   Quote lines with standard items, and child items within the model are expanded successfully.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the description field for all of the quote lines to expand to the same width.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From HTML Quoting UI, use mouse to expand the description column.
2. See that lines with top model is not expanded to the same size as the other lines.
