E-Business Suite R12 Technology Stack, Autoconfig Engine related issues
Running Autoconfig errors after 19c upgrade on application tier with the following error:
ERROR DESCRIPTION:
*******FATAL ERROR*******
PROGRAM : (/fs2/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/bin/txkCfgUtlfileDir.pl)
TIME :
FUNCTION: main::getUtlFileDirParam [ Level 1 ]
ERRORMSG: Unable to read UTL_FILE_DIR parameter.
ERRORCODE = 1 ERRORCODE_END
.end std out.
The following select also fails to return results:
select value from v$parameter where name='utl_file_dir';
