iRecevables Not Showing a Second Receipt Application Line of the Same Amount that's On Account

Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Account Details
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- We have a receipt with 2 On Account application lines for the same amount, and only one of these applications is showing up in iReceivables.
All other applications lines show up without issue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- Expect for on-account application lines to show.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Create receipt in Receivables with 2 on-account lines for same amount. 2. Only one of the amounts shows in iReceivables.
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot see all lines of the receipt in iReceivables.
