ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The API gmf_burdendetails_pub.create_burden_details is loading the data for Burden_Factor field with only 5 decimal places instead of 9 decimal places into the CM_BRDN_DTL table.
The values in the table are correct when the data is entered in the application form.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct number of decimals to be stored in table.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run API gmf_burdendetails_pub.create_burden_details

Due to this issue, incorrect number of decimals are stored for the cost factor field which can affect calculation.
