Error received when user tries to update sickness reason for named employee using professional form


 FRM-40735 on update trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Person > Enter and Maintain > other > absence
2. select sickness absence of 06 Apr 2020 through 07 June 2020
3. Navigate to reason field
4. select from the LOV coronavirus covid 19 reason
5. select 'yes' when prompted to save the change
       - Error Occurs
