Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Data Quality Management
When attempting to create party merge patch
the following error occurs.
ERROR

You cannot select party with Registry ID 114207 because it is already in Party Merge Batch JackieMergeRequest
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the party merge batch form
2. Enter party number 114207 in the From Party field
3. Errors
