ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Record of Employment (ROE) is incorrect when employee changes payroll in the ROE period
Steps to reproduce the issue
---------------------------------
1. Hire an employee on Jan 1st
2. Run quick pay for Jan, Feb and Mar
3. On April 1st , employee changes Payroll
4. Run quick pay for Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug
5. Terminate employee in Sep with last standard date as 10-Oct
6. Run quick pay and ROE report on 10-Oct-2020.
7. The ROE Insurable Earnings are archived for first payroll only.
