Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The default value for context segment is not appearing in SSHR page,but in Oracle Forms the value is appearing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The default value for context segment should appear in SSHR page as in Oracle Forms.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service
2. Absence Management
3. Create Absence
4. The default value for context segment is not appearing in SSHR page,but in Oracle Forms the value is appearing.
