we are currently upgrading to 12.2.8 from 12.1.3 and installed ECC V4. we have few questions and request you please clarify.
1. When i click on summary bar"With Alerts" then graphs shows "Expected Delay"- what kind of data this will show under this tag?. and also again when selected, "With Alerts"(summary bar)the results grid showing sales order transaction but its not on hold.

Why this transaction is showing under results grid(for with Alerts summary bar).

What kind of other data this results grid will show apart from hold data?

2. I can launch Order Forms screen from Results grid and act on the transaction. This is ok when user has access to this sales order screen. However, if user have OM read only access(ie Inquiry responsibility- he dont have edit/update access) then ECC dashboard is added for him with intention to have read only access for him. Please confirm if he can launch this sales order make changes? if yes, then is there any read only access available?
I have tried internally and found that i am getting error message"Sales order function is not available under XXX Inquiry responsibility". so if the function is not available then form can not be launched. is that the correct understanding?
