ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The order types are not restricting based on the operating units.
Customers are able to see all the Order Types in the sales order form even though MO: Default Operating Unit and MO: Operating Unit assigned at responsibility level.
In Customer's test instance, order types are restricting but in production instance it is not.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Order types should restrict based on the operating unit
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Order form and go to the Order Type LOV
3. Open LOV Order types are not restricted based on the operating units
