Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to convert a Quote to a Sales Order after doing the Customer Acceptance on the Quote, the following error occurs.
You are not allowed to update order header
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to the Quote form
3. Query the Quote Number
4. Go to Acceptance form to accept the Quote
