Expenditure Item Diagnosis Test Fails - Unable To Retrieve File 'PAExpItemData.xml' (Doc ID 2687051.1)

Goal

Executing the "Expenditure item Diagnosis" via Application Diagnostics --> PA (Projects ), errors. 

 

ERROR:

Expenditure Item Id: <number> fails:

"WARNING - Unable to retrieve file 'PAExpItemData.xml' from path 'null/oracle/apps/pa/diag/'
ACTION - This xml file may have become corrupt after installation or download from Metalink. Please have a system administrator copy the file from either the latest Support Diagnostic Tools patch (see Note 167000.1) or from XML Files document (see Note 357745.1) to $IZU_TOP/html. "
