Symptoms
When attempting to run the Quality (QA) Results Report Writer, the following error occurs.
ERROR

stat_high = 0
emsg:was terminated by signal 6

Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Quality (QA)
2. Navigation = Reports-> Quality Reports Writer
3. Choose Report -> Submit report
