On : 12.2.8 version, Account Manager Dashboard

ECC Dashboard for CHRM giving error message

ERROR

"Set Profile option FND: Diagnostics to 'Y' to view Stack Backtrace"
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module
'oracle.apps.ozf.ecc.claim.server.OzfClaimsEccAM'.
