Symptoms

Problem Statement:

NI validation not working properly in Self-Service.

1. Go to Hire
2. Insert Ni Number without hyphen, Name, Date of Birth
3. Insert Postal Code when clicking on Next, no error is shown when the NI number is
inserted without hyphen
