Error: The system cannot determine the default tax rate for tax CITY and tax status STANDARD. Please contact your tax manager either to specify a default tax rate code for this tax status and date &DATE or to define appropriate rate determination rules. Changes

1. Partial shipment of line placed on June 19th or before splits the line. The split copies the old tax data form the line to the new one but they are no longer valid.

2. The user tries to change any data on line placed on June 19th or before , i.e. Schedule Ship Date.

3. The user tries to update the Internal Sales order line created from a requisition dated on June 19th or before.
