Goal

While trying to Open Procurement Operations Dashboard Page, below error occurs:

ERROR

AN EXCEPTION OCCURRED:
URL contains references to Endeca: example targetAppType=Endeca&targetPage
with error:
java.net.MalformedURLException: FND_ENDECA_PORTAL_URL profile option is not defined or has a null value !!

Also, Actions that should be available on requisitions/orders/agreements are missing from Options icon. Item Analysis and Strategic Sourcing tabs are missing as well.
