When try to create a new Condition for AME Setup, following error is raised

Steps to replicate the issue

1. Go to Responsibility - Approvals Management Business Analyst
2. Click on Setup icon for Transaction Type - select any Transaction Type
3. Click on tab 'Condition'
4. Click on 'Create' button
5. Provide value for Attribute field
6. Enter the String value and click on 'Apply' button
