AutoInvoice Generates Corrupted Data for Functional Transaction with CONVERSION_RATE=1 (Doc ID 2688136.1)

Symptoms

When trying to generate functional currency transaction via Autoinvoice with CONVERSION_RATE=1,AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_ALL.ACCTD_AMOUNT_DUE_REMAINING gets corrupted.
This issue occurs when precision settings are different from each currency.

Steps To Reproduce

[Setup]
JPY precision F0
USD precision F2 (functional currency)

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Interfaces> Autoinvoice

  1. create transaction with 100.88 USD,CONVERSION_RATE=1 via AutoInvoice.
