In General business case to give a whole floor of a building or even a whole
building on lease to a particular customer. Imagine there are 100 plus
offices on a particular floor and you are giving that floor on lease to a
customer. Assigning those offices one by one to the location tab of the lease
plus creating billing terms for those offices is nothing but a nightmare for
the lease administrator.
