Symptoms

--ISSUE DESCRIPTION--
Users are getting an error when selecting List of Values (LOV) on the Source field on the Miscellaneous Transactions form after accessing item samples results in the Quality Workbench or Item Samples form.
The following error only occurs using an OPM responsibility with access to Inventory menu and while navigating from OPM Quality Manager form to Inventory Miscellaneous Transactions.

Function: SV2.GET_KEYSTRUCT could not find the structure definition for the flexfield specified by Application SQLGL; Code =

--STEPS TO REPRODUCE--
Navigate to Process Manufacturing > Quality Manager > Quality Workbench
1. Open a Sample Result
2. Close the forms

Navigate to Inventory > Transactions > Miscellaneous Transactions
1. Enter Misc. Receipt
2. Click the Source LOV and get the error
3. See the value "Misc. Adjust" is populated in the field
