Symptoms
After migrating EBS servers to new hardware (Exalogic Server) upload/Import new content ends in error. The existing content is playing fine.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Learning Management Administrator > Content Administrator
2. Import File
3. Error is reported.
