Unable to receive against expected internal requisition due to below error

APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate:Inventory > Transactions > Receiving > Receipts
2. Query for Internal Requisition to be received against
3. see the error
