Symptoms

On Release 12.2.5 version, Supplier Profile Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When Search for Assessment Templates by Status "Active" or "Inactive" returns No Results Found.
Even after creating and saving a New Assessment Template in Status "Active"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Users expect the View/Update Assessment Templates to return the correct data.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to Application
2. Select Responsibility: Supplier Management Administrator
3. Navigation: Supplier Home ->> Locate Header: Manage Templates ->>
4. Click: "View/update" Hyperlink ->> Assessment Templates ->> Search ->> Status = Active or Status Inactive
5. Returns No Results Found

BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot confused as to why search for Assessment Templates Returns No Results Found
