ECEINO (810:INO) Is Not Extracting Line Level Data

Symptoms
On : 12.1 version, Receivables
When Running the ECEINO (810:OUT) program, the header data is getting extracted, however it is not extracting line level data.
The following shows in the log file
ERROR ----------------------- Progress level 3044-70: No LINE level rows processed for transaction INO STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Create an invoice for the Customer in OM. 2. Transfer the invoice to receivables through Autoinvoice 3. Attempt to send the transaction though e-commerce gateway using ECEINO BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot transfer the lines information to the trading partner.
