Can Not Invoke Configurator In OM Or Quote After Upgrading Database and OS

Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version,
When attempting to launch Configurator Runtime from Order Management or Quoting, the following error occurs. This began after upgrading the OS (from Linux 6 to Linux 7) and also upgrading the Database from 12c to 19c. Launching the model from within the Oracle Configurator Developer application still works as expected.

information does not match signer information of other classes in the same packagejava.lang.SecurityEx
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Enter a new sales order
3. Enter header level information
4. Navigate to Lines tab
5. Enter an ATO or PTO model
6. Click on the Configurator button
7. Error occurs
