Symptoms

When trying to perform sync in Mobile Field Service Multi platform app(MFS MP) , getting the below mentioned error:

ERROR

Username or Password Is Invalid

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Mobile Field Service Multi platform app(MFS MP) as a Technician.
2. Try to perform sync, get the above mentioned error.
