Symptoms
When attempting to run Mass Addition program, the following error occurs.
ERROR

"APP-OFA-48392:You must define a prorate period for this prorate convention." error
APP-OFA-48208: faxcms: mass_request before if: has the value of -999.
APP-OFA-48208: faxcms: mass_request after if: has the value of .
APP-OFA-48208: calling fazgtbc for has the value of book.
APP-OFA-48208: entering has the value of if h_mesg_count > 1.
APP-OFA-48208: entering has the value of call to delete_msg.
You must define a prorate period for this prorate convention.
APP-OFA-48208: entering has the value of if h_mesg_count > 1.
